PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a voltage range in which constant current can be acquired while high withstand voltage is maintained in a constant current circuit having a constant current source using a depletion type MOS transistor. SOLUTION: The constant current source is constructed of a low withstand voltage depletion MOS Q1 and a high withstand voltage depletion MOS Q2 connected to a load L1 in series and connected to each other in series.
