PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and cost for filtering work. SOLUTION: This filtering device for communication data has: a keyword storage means 31 storing a keyword including an unnecessary message and a specific character that is a base for rejecting communication data unnecessary for a user; a word analysis means 32 analyzing the received communication data, and sequentially converting them into a character string for performing collation with the keyword; and a decision means 33 comparing and collating the character string sequentially converted by the word analysis means 32 with the keyword in a prescribed number of bytes, and deciding whether the communication data are communication data to be received or to be rejected with connection or not.
