摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a heat exchanger capable of manufacturing the heat exchanger at a low cost with reduced energy consumption without using inert gas, flux and the like or without adopting a cladding material. SOLUTION: A header 24 is formed so that an inner diameter of an insertion outlet side end part 40b of a hole 40 for inserting a tube 22 for the heat exchanger is smaller than an outer diameter of a distal end connection part of the tube 22 for the heat exchanger and the tube 22 for the heat exchanger is inserted in the hole 40. The header 24 and the tube 22 for the heat exchanger inserted in the hole 40 of the header 24 are heated by a high frequency induction heater. Then, the tube 22 for the heat exchanger is moved relatively for the hole 40 in an insertion direction and oxide films generated on an inner wall face of the hole 40 of the header 24 and an outer wall face of the tube 22 for the heat exchanger are removed and connection is achieved between the exposed inner wall face of the hole 40 of the header 24 and the outer wall of the tube 22 for the heat exchanger.
