The vehicle power unit is a hybrid series/parallel system with an internal combustion motor (3) to drive the front axle through a differential gearing supported on the converter. In parallel, an electromotor (6) drives the vehicle with 50% of the motor power, through an integral gearing (40) in series with the differential gearing as the part power loads of the shaft (62) and the electrical power between the generator (5) and the electromotor are integrated, so that the electromotor provides every nominal value through the operating system proportional to the nominal value from the accelerator pedal. The two power units operate in more than ten modes, with support from two brakes and two clutches to give six power stages. |
