Filling tube (A) with an external layer of polypropylene and an internal layer of silane-crosslinked ethylene copolymer (I). The internal layer comprises (a) 20-35wt.% copolymer (CP) of ethylene with vinyl acetate or (alkyl)acrylate and (b) a silane component comprising vinyltriethoxysilane (II) and, by weight of (II), up to 4.5% organic peroxide (III); up to 1% condensation catalyst (IV) and 0.25-0.5% radical transfer agent (V). An independent claim is also included for a method for preparing (A).
