The invention relates to a water-permeable paving (1), for application on a ground. The upper part (6) of the paving (1) comprises a combination of compacted mineral aggregate and organic adhesives. Said paving (1) has a multilayered structure with an upper part (6) and a lower part (2), whereby the lower part (2) comprises at least one layer of sand (4) on the side of t he ground and one layer of gravel (5) on the side of the upper part, the averag e size kSchotter of the fine particles being 5 mm. The invention also relates to a method for producing said paving.
