RAPIDLY FINISHED FERMENTED FEED, AND PRODUCTION METHOD AND APPLICATION FOR THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high-quality rapidly finished fermented feed having excellent digestibility and high palatability from alkali-treated agricultural waste and to provide the application of the feed.

SOLUTION: The high-quality rapidly finished fermented feed is obtained by including a vegetable thick feed material in alkali-treated agricultural waste, lowering the pH of the product to <10 and lactic-fermenting the product through inoculation of lactic acid bacterium. The production method and the application for the feed are each provided.
