<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce an operation status in a short period of time while suppressing increase in capacity of a storage device required for monitoring a trouble. <P>SOLUTION: A standard time is set for reproducing an operation status of a plurality of production facilities (S1). Respective actual operation history of the plurality of production facilities are associated with the standard time and stored (S2). The respective actual operation history of the plurality of production facilities are compared in a time-series manner, taking into account the standard operation history of the plurality of production facilities and the standard time (S3). In the event that the actual operation history of any of the production facilities exceeds a tolerance set for the standard operation history, animation data are created for reproducing the operation status of the production facility based on the actual operation history after the time the tolerance is exceeded. The animation data for the time until the tolerance which is predetermined based on the respective standard operations history of the plurality of production facilities is exceeded, and the animation data for the time after the tolerance which is prepared based on the actual operation history of the production facilities is exceeded are combined.
