<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic card preparation device capable of quantitatively grasping the state of itself and predicting and informing the necessity of maintenance and inspection. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic card preparation device prepares a magnetic card such as a prepaid card.
