<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deformation preventing tool capable of preventing the deformation of a frame at the time of packaging a connector device for card, and to provide a method of packaging the connector device for card by using the tool. <P>SOLUTION: This deformation preventing tool can be attached/detached to/from the connector device for card provided with a frame 2, in which a recess 2a for storing a card whose front end face and upper and lower both faces are opened is formed, soldered terminals 6a and 5c installed at the right and left front end parts and rear end part of the frame 2, and guide grooves 2c and 2c for guiding the both side parts of a card in the insertion/extraction directions on the opposite faces along the back and forth direction of the recess 2a. The deformation preventing tool is composed of a beam-shaped member 1, and when it is mounted, insertion parts 1b and 1b of the beam-shaped member 1 are inserted into the guide grooves 2c and 2c of the frame 2 so that right and left side parts 2b and 2b of the front end part of the frame 2 with the recess 2a interposed can be bridged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
