<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat-resistant polycarbonate resin molding material excellent in hue and heat stability. <P>SOLUTION: In a process for continuously supplying a heat-resistant polycarbonate resin having a 9,9-bis(hydroxyphenyl)fluorene constituent unit from the supply port of a melting extruder with a vent made of a material excellent in corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance to extrude the polycarbonate resin in a molten state to pelletize the same, the polycarbonate resin is extruded in a molten state while continuously supplying an inert gas, which is brought into contact with a poor solvent or a non-solvent with respect to the polycarbonate resin to the region on the upstream side of the polycarbonate resin melting zone in the melting extruder and a material of high heat resistance and high hardness is used in the molten resin contact surface of the melting extruder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
