PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration suppressing and attaching structure of a motor which accurately attaches a motor to a device housing and suppresses vibration. SOLUTION: In the vibration suppressing and attaching structure 20 of the motor 4; a vibration suppressing bushing 23 is mounted to the through-hole 5a of a bracket 5 having the fixed motor 4, the bracket 5 is screwed to the housing 9 by a fixing screw 6 inserted into the vibration suppressing bushing, a retainer bushing 24 is inserted into the vibration suppressing bushing, and a tip positioning protrusion 24d of the retainer bushing is fitted into a positioning recess 9a formed on the housing.
