PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an anisotropic conductive sheet showing low electric resistance and stable conductivity even when pressed by a small pressure. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the anisotropic conductive sheet includes a process of orientating conductive particles in a direction of the thickness of a conductive material layer by making a magnetic field act in the direction of the thickness of a conductive material layer made of a liquid polymer-forming material containing conductive particles, becoming an insulating elastic polymeric material by curing. In the above process, such a process of applying the magnetic field to the conductive material layer again, after stopping the action of the magnetic field thereto, is performed at least once.
