PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial repair reinforcing method of a concrete hollow floor slab for completing construction at a low cost and in a short time by partly filling a hollow part in only a planned construction range with foam polyurethane, and efficiently performing partial repair construction. SOLUTION: When partly repairing and reinforcing the concrete hollow floor slab 10 molded in a state where a void pipe 12 is buried over a prescribed range of a longitudinal direction, a stemming part 26 expanding an aluminum balloon 36 in the hollow part 14 of the concrete hollow floor slab 10 is formed on the end of the planned construction range, and the hollow part 14 of a construction range planned subsequently is filled with the foam polyurethanes 24-1 and 24-2.
