PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a solid polymer electrolyte film that has no hazard of liquid leakage and kindling, and has an improved ion conductivity without losing an advantage of good processability such as thin film forming and scaling up of the solid polymer electrolyte. SOLUTION: This solid polymer electrolyte film comprises a cationic polymer compound (A), an electrolyte salt (B) and a polymer compound (C), wherein the cationic polymer compound (A) is phase-separated and a manufacturing method therefor is also provided. The solid polymer electrolyte film may also comprise the cationic polymer compound (A) composed of fine particles and the polymer compound (C) is a compound capable of solid-soluting the electrolyte salt (B).
