CLAMP CIRCUIT FOR CMOS IMAGE SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp circuit for correcting a reset voltage in a CMOS image sensor. SOLUTION: This clamp circuit generates a requested reset voltage according to a CDS scheme by utilizing the reset voltage read in every column of a pixel array in an active region and an optical black region of the CMOS image sensor. Thus, the CMOS image sensor generates a video signal without distortion and improves the accuracy of the reset level by the reset voltage read in every column. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
