PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone with alarm in which a quantity of alarms are sounded from an alarm sound output section of a portable telephone set, an automatic camera takes a picture of a proof and the picture is automatically transmitted to a preset mail address of the police or close friend if a user feels his danger and presses an emergency button with one hand while closing the portable telephone. SOLUTION: An alarm button is provided on a front side of a portable telephone, a camera is provided at an upper right corner, an Internet connection function and an electronic mail transmission function are integrated, so that the portable telephone set with alarm is available for both crime prevention and ordinary purpose.
