PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle terminal unit which can be easily operated by a user by reducing the labor of operations even under circumstances that the user hardly operates while driving or in a state where it is difficult to visually recognize a control panel. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle terminal unit is provided with an operating part 10 for inputting operation information, and for inputting a portion of the operation information by at least depression, a display 20 for displaying a predetermined image, a control part 30 for performing processing corresponding to the operation information inputted through the operating part 10, a position information detecting part 40 which detects the position information of the current position, a radio communication part 50 for communicating with the external device and a speaker 60. The control part 30 identifies the operation information inputted by the depression of the operating part 10 corresponding to a depression pattern to be specified by the timing of depression and the number of times of depression so that processing corresponding to the identified operation information can be executed.
