DRIVING CIRCUIT FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the number of wiring connected between a timing controller and respective driver ICs by efficiently using the wiring connected between the timing controller and the respective driver ICs through data transmission using a protocol in the driving circuit of a liquid crystal display. SOLUTION: The driving circuit is constituted by including a data and control signal bus to transmit the data packets outputted from the timing controller to the respective driver ICs in a data input section to the liquid crystal display and to transmit control packets to the respective driver ICs in a blank section and clock wiring connected between the respective gates and source driver ICs and the timing controller to transmit the clock signal outputted from the timing controller to the respective driver ICs.
