PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thieno[3,2-b]indole polymer and to provide an organic electroluminescent element using the same. SOLUTION: The thieno[3,2-b]indole polymer is easily produced and has a blue light emitting characteristics, wherein the organic electroluminescent element introduced with an organic film using the thieno[3,2-b]indole polymer improves color purity, efficiency and luminance characteristics.
