PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having both excellent properties of a rubber-reinforced vinyl-based resin and a polyamide resin. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises (i) 55-90 wt.% of the rubber-reinforced vinyl-based resin comprising 1-100 wt.% of a graft (co)polymer (A-1) comprising a rubber-like polymer to which a vinyl-based monomer is graft-polymerized, 0-99 wt.% of a vinyl-based (co)polymer (A-2) comprising at least one of vinyl-based monomer units, and 0-80 wt.% of a modified vinyl-based copolymer (A-3), and (ii) 10-45 wt.% of the polyamide resin whose relative viscosity in a solution dissolved at a concentration of 1 g/dl in 98% concentrated sulfuric acid being 1.8-3.2 at 25°C. In a molding body obtained by melt processing the composition, when a perpendicular direction to the surface of the molding body is made as a thickness, in a region of 40-60% of a depth to the whole thickness from the surface, a continuous phase part of (ii) the polyamide resin is formed at least in a part as a phase structure observed by an electron microscope.
