PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material having a refractive index of as high as 1.72 or greater and also a high Abbe number despite being a polythiourethane resin material. SOLUTION: The material is a transparent resin that is obtained by polymerization of a composition containing a polyisocyanate compound having a structure of formula(1)(wherein, (a), (b), (c) and (d) are each an integer of 0 or 1; and (e) and (f) are each an integer of 0-2) or a polyisocyanate compound having a structure of formula(2)(wherein, (g) is an integer of 0 or 1; and (h) is an integer of 1 or 2).
