PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition which is excellent in processability, and which also has low rollability and good abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: A natural rubber master batch is prepared by mixing a natural rubber latex prepared by splitting the amide bond of a natural rubber latex and a slurry solution prepared by dispersing at least one filler selected from the group consisting of carbon black having an iodine adsorption of 60 mg/g or more and silica having a nitrogen-adsorption specific surface area of 190 m<SP>2</SP>/g or more in water in advance. The rubber composition comprises the natural rubber master batch and a rubber component other than the natural rubber originated from the natural rubber master batch. Rubber components in the rubber composition comprise the natural rubber originated from the natural rubber master batch in an amount of 10 mass% or more. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
