PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front body structure of a vehicle capable of avoiding application of shear load to a fastening bolt at a front end of a sub frame and maintaining the fastened condition when the sub frame is bent and deformed in a downward V-shape. SOLUTION: When a sub frame 6 is bent and deformed in a downward V-shape in a head-on collision of a vehicle, and an upward reaction force is generated in a fastened part with a bracket 8, the panel rigidity of a front wall 8B is set to be lower than that of a bottom wall 8A, a rear wall 8C and a diagonal wall 8D, and thus, the front wall 8B is first buckled and deformed, the bottom wall 8A is upwardly bent and deformed integrally with a front end of the sub frame 6 with a connection part of the diagonal wall 8D to the rear wall 8C as a supporting point, application of the shear load to a bolt 9 is avoided, and the fastened condition can be maintained.
