PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic appliance with a cleaning device easily cleaning a whole comb body. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic appliance 11 is provided with two-agent discharge container 12, the comb body, and a cleaning device 14. The comb body 13 is provided with a body part 18. The body part 18 is formed with a base surface 20 in its tip part and a communication passage on the inside. The tip of the body part 18 is openedly formed with the discharge passage 24. The discharge passage 24 communicates with the communication passage, opened in the base surface 20, and is formed to position in the tip side of the communication passage as heading from the opening part toward the inner part. The base surface 20 is recessedly provided with fitting recess parts 25 around the opening parts. The inner bottom of the fitting recess part 25 is projectingly provided with two pairs of positioning comb teeth 26 in the opposite positions in the both sides of the opening part. The cleaning device 14 has a bag shape and its circumferential wall is provided with a bellows-shaped trunk part 31. The cleaning device 14 is constituted to use its tip part 32a as an outlet 33 and the tip surface is constituted as an abutment part 32b abutting on the inner bottom of the fitting recess part 25.
