PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair which enables the users to fully stretch their whole bodies smoothly. SOLUTION: The chair has a seat part 2, a backrest part 3 reclinably installed on the rear side of the seat part 2, a foot rest part 4 which is rockably installed longitudinally on the front side of the seat part 2 while being supported so as to be inclined backward upwardly and a stretching means 40 which alters the inclination of the foot rest part 4 inclined ahead upwardly and the inclination of the back rest part 3 so as to enable the sitting person M to fully stretch his whole body.
