PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a failure in the effective utilization of the energies generated by the human aerobic exercises in a conventional aerobic exercise apparatus such as ergometer, which unavoidably transform the energies to friction heat or the like, and the need of the running costs such as power expense in the conventional oxygen enriching apparatus, which requires the external power for the operation thereof. SOLUTION: The aerobic exercise apparatus for human aerobic exercise has an air blow pump 7, an oxygen enriching module 8 and a load part for applying exercising loads to the user and the air blow pump 7 is operated by the power generated by the aerobic exercises and forces the air to be fed to the oxygen enriching module 8 to generate the oxygen enriched air. This eliminates the supply of the power to the oxygen enriching module 8 from outside thereby requiring no running costs and also enables the effective utilization of the energies generated by the aerobic exercises.
