The invention relates to a tribometer comprising: a first support assembly which is designed to receive a central rotating cylindrical test piece (3) and to rotate same around the axis thereof; and a second support assembly (4) which is designed to receive a plurality of peripheral test pieces, preferably three, and to enable simultaneous contact between the central test piece (3) and the peripheral test pieces (9) in an isostatic configuration, such that the central test piece can rub against the peripheral test pieces while being rotated.
