Provided is a device for sorting nonferrous waste materials, capable of accurately sorting and recovering nonferrous waste materials in which copper wire and harness having a shape tending to cause them to tangle with other waste materials, sheet-like resin, etc. are mixed. Also provided is a system for sorting nonferrous waste materials using the sorting device. The device for sorting nonferrous waste materials has a sorting vessel (5) for sorting mixed waste materials by differences in specific gravities in liquid; vertical pulsation means (6) having an air chamber (61) for pulsating the liquid in the sorting vessel (5) in the vertical direction; a sorting screen section (7) for partitioning the inside of the sorting vessel (5) into upper and lower sides and arbitrarily limiting, depending on the distance from a recovery opening (13), a passing amount of the liquid pushed upward by the pulsation of the vertical pulsation means (6) to make a water flow stronger on the loading opening (11) side than on the recovery opening (13) side; and variable blades (8) arranged below the sorting screen section (7) and varying the advance direction of the liquid, pushed up by the sorting screen section (7), to a desired inclination direction.
