METHOD OF CONTROLLING AND ADJUSTING POWER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM FOR HYBRID CAR, AND POWER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM FOR HYBRID CAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve comfortableness in operation of a hybrid car during a process of starting an internal combustion engine, and to reduce a necessary structure space and the manufacturing cost for a power transmission system for the hybrid car, in regard to the power transmission system and a method of controlling and adjusting the power transmission system 1 for the hybrid car to be selectively driven by an electric machine 3 or the internal combustion engine 2 and structured so that the internal combustion engine 2 is started by the electric machine 3.

SOLUTION: When operating the power transmission system 1, transmission capacity of a switching element 11 is adjusted so that the torque unrelated to the starting process of the internal combustion engine 2 is applied to a power take-out device of the power transmission system 1 during the process of starting the internal combustion engine 2.
