<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately record information while satisfying high-speed recording. <P>SOLUTION: The information recording medium (100) has wobble tracks (109) formed to control the revolution of the medium which is wobbling at a predetermined reference frequency and records information at a speed N times the reference speed on an information recording medium whose reference recording speed is a normal speed (N is a normal number 2 or larger).
