<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of performing formation of conference minutes, distribution of a draft to attendants, correction thereof, and distribution of final conference minutes in real-time base to reduce the time and labor hour of the correction, and keeping the credibility of the contents of minutes by including alteration prevention of minutes to the final minutes. <P>SOLUTION: The minutes management support system provided with an image forming device acquires authentication information from a person who has the right of authentication, accumulates the authentication information, manages the accumulated information, and reads and outputs the accumulated information to the image forming apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
