PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service execution system capable of reducing the communication quantity between a portable device or a service execution device and a user right formation device, compared with in the past at the time of determining whether execution of a service is possible or not.

SOLUTION: A content reproduction system 10 comprises an ICC 20 carried by a user, use equipment 40 having a reproduction part reproducing a content, and a server 50 forming user right information including reproduction condition information. The use equipment 40 comprises an SC and a control part determining whether execution of the content is possible or not. The reproduction part reproduces the content when the control part determines that the execution of the content is possible. The control part determines whether execution of the content is possible or not based on a user PF stored in the ICC 20, an equipment PF stored in the SC, and the reproduction condition information stored in the SC.
