<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system enabling a customer to enjoy both advantages of online shopping and credit card. <P>SOLUTION: Approval of a credit card company necessary for the customer to purchase a commodity by use of a credit card is gained in advance, and after sufficient examination and investigation for the content of the commodity, the procedure is transferred to purchase the commodity by using the gained approval as it is.
