<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof valuables case with a holder and a waterproof fastener allowing a user to prevent the valuables from being stolen by a pickpocket by putting the case under the clothes when taking exercises such as jogging without being hindered by the valuables, and to always keep the valuables close to the user's body even in swimming, or doing other marine sports or winter sports because the valuables case is waterproof. <P>SOLUTION: The holder B whose length can be adjusted is attached to a valuables case body A made of a waterproof material, and the completely waterproof fastener D is attached to a closing part of the body A.
