<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make video conference possible by using an electronic white board even if its price is cheap and its infrastructure communication environment is poor. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic white board has a three-layered structure such as a large size touch panel in the conventional touch panel technology and a surface layer. In addition, display and delete operations of characters, pictures of the white board are performed on a personal computer screen by transmitting x, y position detection information of a magic marker to a personal computer with color identification information by radio wave transmission from a color identification device attached to the magic marker by the touch panel.
