摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device which has a transferred lens (microlens) of small surface roughness and high transmittance on each pixel even the lens size (pixel size) is≤3μm. <P>SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device comprises a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements 17 that are two-dimensionally arranged, a color filter 11 that is correspondingly arranged on each of the photoelectric conversion elements, and a plurality of transferred lenses 14 that are directly or indirectly stacked on the color filters. The transferred lenses contain a color material having optical absorption at an outer visible region or color material decolored by heat treatment or by radiation exposure. The color material may include a sublimating dye or a dye that is decolored by heat treatment or radiation exposure.
