PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical-fiber grating incorporated exposure light source and an exposure device capable of inhibiting the temperature rise of an optical-fiber grating (FBG) and capable of stabilizing the wavelength of a light from a light emitter for an LD to a specified transmitted wavelength by the inhibition, because a leakage light leaking from a joining section with the semiconductor laser element (LD) without a projection to the FBG is converted thermally by a joining member while a heat transmitted to the FBG through the joining member can be suppressed; and to provide an image forming device. SOLUTION: The exposure light sources R, G and B consist of the laser diodes (LDs) 1R, 1G and 1B, of optical-fiber gratings (FBGs) 2R, 2G and 2B, and of the joining member 3X joining light emitters for the LDs and one ends of the FBGs for projecting the lights from the light emitters for the LDs to one ends of the FBGs while being constituted so as to include the joining sections rR, rG and rB. In the exposure light sources R, G and B, leakage-light emitting holes 4X capable of emitting the leakage light leaking from the joining sections are formed in the joining members.
