PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correcting liquid which can easily correct a useless printing area part of a printing area part of a lithographic plate prepared by a new CTP system technique can be easily corrected and prevent smears to provide a correcting liquid which facilitates the recognition of a position to be corrected can after correction can be provided.
