PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image photographing apparatus capable of rousing one's interest by improving the presence of an image of an object to be photographed. SOLUTION: The image photographing apparatus (10) is provided with: a CCD video camera (46) for photographing a moving picture of the object in a photographing space (12); and a sound collection microphone (138) for collecting sound in the photographing space (12). The image photographing apparatus (10) generates composite moving picture data on the basis of a moving picture of the object, a background moving picture and a foreground moving picture, stores the composite moving picture data and the collected sound data to a DVD-R (60) synchronously with each other and prints out a still picture on a print seal (70).
