PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wobble detector capable of accurately extracting a wobble signal even when a frequency component is near that of an RF signal. SOLUTION: An error signal d2 being an error component by a frequency signal component higher than a signal output from a subtraction circuit 2 is extracted by filters 3 and 5 and a P/G circuit 4. The error signal d2 is multiplied by a disturbance signal d1 at a multiplication circuit 6, then integrated at an integration circuit 7 to generate a voltage signal S1 to control the amplification rates of GCA1a and 1b, and the disturbance signal d1 is superimposed at addition/subtraction circuits 9a and 9b. Then, the amplification rates of GCA1a and 1b are controlled based on signals S2a and S2b from the addition/subtraction circuit 9a and 9b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
