PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking film for a display window which displays information such as a calendar when the display window of a cellular phone is switched off and has the decoration function of the display window. SOLUTION: The sticking film 11 to be stuck on a display window 18 of a cellular phone 20 is so constituted that: a metal oxide vapor deposition layer 16 is formed on a film to obtain a light colored translucent film 12; on one side of the translucent film 12, a cover film 14 is stuck with a weak adhesive layer 13; on the other side of the translucent film 12, a display section 19 of characters, figures or the like embossed with a hot stamping foil comprising at least a hologram embossing layer 21 and a metal oxide layer 22 is provided; and the display section 19 can be visually recognized when the display window 18 of the cellular phone 20 is not in use and cannot be visually recognized due to being transmissive when the display window 18 is in use.
