PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic coupling device capable of improving static torsion torque. SOLUTION: An elastic coupling body 13 is put between an intermediate shaft 4 and one of universal joints 5 on both sides in an axial direction thereof, a plurality of loose fitting parts 17 are provided on a first rotating body 11 on the intermediate shaft 4 side or the universal joint 5 side in a rotating direction at roughly regular interval, a plurality of stopper pin 16 abutting on an inner circumference surface of each loose fitting part 17 and transmitting torque by torsion of the elastic coupling body 13 when predetermined torsion torque or more torque is applied on a second rotating body 12 on the universal joint 5 side or the intermediate shaft 4 side is provided, and a drop-off preventing part 29 preventing the stopper pin 16 from dropping off after abutting on the inner circumference surface of the loose fitting part 17 is provided on the first rotating body 11 with corresponding each loose fitting part 17. The drop-off preventing part 29 is provided with a slip preventing part 32 preventing the stopper pin 16 from slipping in a drop-off direction under a condition where the stopper pin 16 abuts on the inner circumference surface of the loose fitting part 17.
