PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oil lock structure optimum for potential expansion of versatility, as well as exerting a predetermined oil lock effect without causing breakage of oil seal. SOLUTION: In the oil lock structure, an oil lock piece 4 disposed to an outer periphery of a head part 3a of a cylinder body 3 goes into an oil lock case 5 disposed to the external of a rod body 2 to exert the predetermined oil lock effect, while the oil lock structure has an oil seal 7 and a bearing 8 brought into slide-contact with an outer periphery of the rod body 2 which penetrates a shaft center part of the head part 3a. The seal ring 9 disposed in the shaft center part of the head part 3a and having an inner periphery which is brought into closely slide-contact with the outer periphery of the rod body 2 is arranged in series with the bearing 8, which is disposed in series with the oil seal 7 along an axial direction of the rod body 2.
