PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure of an annular member for a tent, capable of preventing flowing-in of rainwater and moisture to the inside of the tent from the outside, via a sewing line of the annular member sewn to respective corner parts of the tent. SOLUTION: This waterproof structure includes a first storage part 102 for tucking and forming the corner parts of body cloth 101 in the inside direction of the tent, a second storage part 113 oppositely formed to the first storage part in an abutting part abutting on the first annular member 111 sewn to an outside wall surface of the corner parts of the body cloth and the second annular member 112 sewn to an outside bottom surface, a waterproof coating member 121 fixed to the body cloth for providing these first storage part and second storage part by a plurality of sewing lines after inserting both ends into these first storage part and second storage part, and a waterproof tape 103 stuck in a state of covering the sewing lines 131 sewn to the first storage part from an inside surface of the body cloth.
