PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation of a void form 40 in upper-lower end reinforcements 2 and 3. SOLUTION: This two-way concrete void slab is constituted so that the foaming resin void form 40 is arranged in a checker-like space S between the grating-like upper-lower end reinforcements 2 and 3, concrete is place, and the void form 40 is installed by locking on the upper-lower end reinforcements 2 and 3, by inserting and rotating in the checker-like space S, by arranging a projecting locking part 42 being a quadrangular shape in a plan view on a side surface of a columnar body 41. Thus, installation work is facilitated, and at this time, since the locking part 42 is locked on the upper-lower end reinforcements by resiliency of a foaming resin, the void form 40 can be surely fixed in the checker-like space S, to eliminate swelling of the void form 40 by placing the concrete.
