PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful compound having excellent macrophage activity inhibitory action. SOLUTION: This compound expressed by formula (1) [Q is O, a 1-3C alkylene, radical-O-Alk- (Alk is a 1-3C alkylene) or radical-O-Alk-O-; R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-20C alkanoyl, a 3-20C alkenoyl or a 3-20C alkynoyl; R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>are each identical to or different from one another and are each H, a 1-20C alkyl, a 2-20C alkenyl, a 2-20C alkynyl, a 1-20C alkanoyl, a 3-20C alkenoyl or a 3-20C alkynoyl; R<SP>5</SP>is H, a halogen, hydroxy, a 1-6C alkoxy, a 2-6C alkenyloxy or a 2-6C alkynyloxy; and W is O or radical-NH-] or its pharmacologically acceptable salt is provided.
