<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water generated at a fuel cell from splashing when discharging it. <P>SOLUTION: On the locomotor, on which a fuel cell generating water when generating electric power is mounted as a power source, a draining means draining the water generated at the fuel cell through a draining guide 64 guiding the water to the ground or neighboring area thereof is provided. Since the water is drained through the draining guide 64 guiding the water to the ground or neighboring area thereof, influence of air flow accompanying the movement of the locomotor which may possibly affect the water until it reaches the ground can be reduced.
