<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for starting/stopping a printer and resuming production, wherein an automatic regulation function of a starting curve for setting or regulating the delivery rate of media required for printing based on the sequence of operations to turn on/off individual functions and rotational frequency. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, a correction factor is calculated from the detection results of a surface temperature of a roller and/or a cylinder which participates in a printing process; the starting curve is modified using the correction factor and/or the timing or order of the sequence based on the rotational frequency, is regulated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
