<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing the negative electrode of a dye sensitized solar cell with high productivity, by greatly reducing the adsorption time of a coloring matter to a semiconductor porous layer. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent conductive substrate is coated with semiconductor paste in which a metal oxide semiconductor is dispersed into an organic solvent for drying, thus forming a semiconductor-coated layer. A coloring matter solution is brought into contact with the semiconductor-coated layer for attracting the coloring matter to the coating layer by adsorption treatment before baking, thus forming a porous semiconductor layer in which the coloring matter is adsorbed on the surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
